10-Week Tech Incubator Program for Women Entrepreneurs

Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:

This program is open to female founders who are at least 18 years old and have a tech

focused startup or business idea.

Participants must demonstrate a commitment to building and scaling their tech ventures.

Application Process:

Applicants must complete and submit the online application form by the specified deadline.

Our selection committee will review all applications and select participants based on the

strength of their business ideas, potential for growth, and alignment with program goals.

Program Participation:

Participants must commit to actively participating in all aspects of the 10-week incubator

program, including workshops, mentoring sessions, and networking events.

Attendance is mandatory for all scheduled sessions, and participants are expected to engage

fully in program activities.

Confidentiality:

Participants may be exposed to sensitive information shared by fellow participants or mentors

during the program. Confidentiality must be maintained at all times, and participants are

prohibited from disclosing or using any confidential information without permission.

Intellectual Property Rights:

Participants retain ownership of all intellectual property associated with their business ideas

and ventures.

However, participants grant the organizers of the incubator program the first right of refusal to

invest in or support their projects upon completion of the program.Use of Photos and Videos:

Participants grant permission for the organizers to capture photos and videos during the

program activities.

These photos and videos may be used for promotional purposes, including social media,

marketing materials, and website content.

Non-Disclosure of Ideas:

Participants understand and agree that the incubator program is a collaborative environment

where ideas and feedback are shared openly.

However, participants are prohibited from disclosing or using any proprietary information or

trade secrets belonging to other participants or mentors without permission.

Investment and Support:

Participants may be eligible for investment funding or support from the organizers of the

incubator program.

Investment decisions will be made at the discretion of the organizers based on the viability

and potential of the participants’ ventures.

Termination of Participation:

The organisers reserve the right to terminate a participant’s involvement in the program if they

fail to meet the requirements or violate the terms and conditions outlined herein.

Participants may also voluntarily withdraw from the program at any time by providing written

notice to the organizers.

Liability Waiver:

Participants acknowledge and accept any risks associated with their participation in the

program and agree to hold the organizers harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities

arising from their involvement in the program.

Program Changes:

The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the program schedule, format, or content

as necessary to ensure its effectiveness and success.

Participants will be notified in advance of any significant changes to the program.

Agreement to Terms:

By submitting an application for the incubator program, participants agree to abide by these

terms and conditions and any additional guidelines or instructions provided by the organisers.

By participating in the 10-week Tech Incubator Program for Female Founders, participants agree to

these terms and conditions and acknowledge that failure to comply may result in termination of their

involvement in the program.
